If you are at all curious, or questioning how much, or how long to listen to my subliminal audio tracks for…then this is very easy to answer.
The instructions state for as much time, as you can possibly remotely handle or afford to use them for. This means, as little as 30 minutes per day…to as much as 8 hours, in a single day if you can handle that much listening.
The goal here is to have as many days listening as you can remotely conceive of, and of course, maybe try to do this as often and frequently so that you do not have that many missed days, if at all.
…if you miss a few days, that is not the end of the world, but this is about keeping up good subliminal listening habits, and reprogramming your life, and mind…to become better. So as much listening as you can remotely do, per day is desired, and needed. It could be days – or weeks, or in some cases, a few months, before the full results…desired, outcomes are felt and reached for many users, who need to fully reprogram their entire minds, and lives.
The only real variance, comes when you start using 1st – versus 2nd version, or generation of my technologies. When 3rd version, type is fully released, then that would be just the same thing, just not remotely the same power levels, anymore. You will still apply these same rules of listening, to each version design types, and even…your desire, to become your best living person, possible.
